Independence Day
Fourth of July Fireworks
Saturday, July 4th, you are invited to participate in this year’s celebration. At 1:00 p.m. we will serve our traditional Bar-B-Q by the pool side catered by Company Picnic Company. The DJ will play some of your favorite tunes.
Cost for the lunch is $7 per serving for adults and $3 for kids twelve and under. Make reservations early by picking up your event tickets with the Recreation Staff. At 8:30 p.m., our entire community is invited to watch the fireworks.
No tickets will be sold on the 4th of July. Tickets are limited, pick up your tickets by July 2nd.

Leasing Restrictions
Moors Pointe & Village Homes
Leasing Restrictions apply in Moors Pointe Condominium and Village Homes Association. Occupancy applications must be completed and submitted for Association approval prior to tenants moving in. Screening will be done based on a background check and a credit report done by an independent screening company.
Process can take up to 15 days. Please allow sufficient time for the screening process before agreeing on a move-in date.
