    Moors Master: Master Board meetings are usually scheduled for the Last Thursday of each month

    Garden Homes: Board meetings are usually scheduled for the Last Tuesday of every other month

    Moors Pointe: Moors Pointe meetings are usually scheduled for the 3^rd Tuesday of every other month

    Patio Homes: Board meetings are usually scheduled for the Last Wednesday of each month

    Townvillas: Board meetings are usually scheduled for the 3^rd Wednesday of every other month

    Villas Homes: Board meetings are usually scheduled for the 3^rd Thursday of every other month

Lakeridge & Latitudes Apartments

There is an on-site administration office in your area for all your maintenance needs, complaints, making your payment, etc. Feel free to call them, Lakeridge at the Moors, 305-557-7010 and Latitudes at the Moors, 305-558-2556.

Upcoming Board of Directors Meetings

April & May 2007

Meetings for the Sub-Associations start at 6:30 pm in the Executive Offices Building at the Club Center. Master Association meetings start at 7:00 pm. Consult Channel 96 (Comcast Cable only) for any changes in time or date which may be made since the publication of the above schedule.

Homeowners are encouraged to attend the Board meetings and to participate in their community’s affairs. It’s Your Community, Get Involved! Always check Moors TV, Channel 96 (Comcast Cable only) for updates.
