Long lines at the north gate visitor lanes
Many of our residents interested in private living, have chosen a gated community such as The Moors as their home. Some of the benefits to a gated community include limited traffic, reduced number of solicitors, and generally come with a stricter community with other similar rules and regulations.
You may be wondering how guests, like friends and family, can come visit you in The Moors. Our community gates should not be a large inconvenience for your visitors. Our visitors gate is manned 24/7 with an efficient entry system set up for entrance and admission into the property.
At least half of the people using the visitors lanes are residents that do not have a barcode on their vehicle.
After closely monitoring who is using the visitors lanes at the North Gate, we realized that at least half of the people using the visitors lanes are residents that do not have a barcode on their vehicle. Every day they add to the long lines at North Gate. Residents must register their vehicles and get a barcode for fast access. We are trying to come up with solutions to reduce the long lines at the visitors lanes. We need your help by registering your vehicle and getting a barcode label.
Reminding everyone that while gated communities are more secure than non-gated communities, crime happens everywhere, so it is very important to remain vigilant at all times. Criminals will find a way to get through the gate and past the guard if they really want to.
