Dear Moors residents,

Hotwire’s Fision TV & Internet services are replacing Comcast’s Xfinity TV. We are writing to inform you about an upcoming big event that will affect all residents. On November 1, 2023, at 12:00 am, our bulk contract of services with Comcast/Xfinity will expire. At that time, a new contract with Hotwire’s Fision TV & Internet will go into effect.

The new contract includes basic cable (content), from Fision TV, with approximately 120 channels and an Internet connection of 400 Mbps through fiber optic technology, all covered by your monthly maintenance fee.

However, this transition will not happen automatically. You need to take action. You may have noticed the construction and placement of the infrastructure in your streets and yards, which was part of phase one.

Homeowners need to register or contact Hotwire to switch to Fision TV & Internet

Now, for the next step, it’s crucial that you contact Hotwire/Fision to register. They require important details and information such as contact name, phone number, email address, and any additional services you may need. Without this information, phase two consisting of wiring inside your house, determining the number of boxes needed, and their locations, will not be possible.

The new contract includes basic cable (content), from Fision TV, with approximately 120 channels and an Internet connection of 400 Mbps through fiber optic technology, all covered by your monthly maintenance fee.

So, we urge you to reach out to Hotwire/Fision either by phone or by scheduling an appointment at your home or at our management office (available on specific days/times) to complete this vital step.

The benefit of registering early is that your installation will be completed on time, with your residence fully wired and connected, well before November 1, 2023, with all the services you have chosen.

Failure to do so may result in delays, and you may be liable for charges from Comcast/Xfinity if you have additional services not covered by our cheaper “bulk rate” agreement. You will be charged at their retail rate, which we estimate to be between $80 to $120 per month, depending on the features.

So, for your benefit, please contact and register with Hotwire/Fision as soon as possible. You can reach Hotwire via email at themoors@hotwiremail.com or by phone at (561) 509-5429 to coordinate with their team. But please, act quickly! Hotwire also has representatives available at the Club Center Administration building on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and the first Saturday of the month from 10 am – 2 pm.

We appreciate your time and thank you for your attention to this matter.
