The Garden Homes association will begin the asphalt overlay on the roads and guest parking spaces on June 15, and will be done in sections throughout Garden Homes. Residents are asked to check their mailboxes for important information.
We need everyone’s cooperation to be able to complete the work in a timely manner. Southern Asphalt Engineering will complete the overlay work in eight sections, each section taking 24 hours, weather permitting.
While they are working in your area, all vehicles must park outside the work area for at least 24 hours. All vehicles left on driveways will not be able to be moved for 24 hours or it will damage the asphalt overlay.
You may park on the street or in guest parking. No parking passes will be required. Do not park on the grass!
