New vehicles
You may send to us via email a copy of your vehicle registration and driver’s license. You will also need to drop off in our drop-off box by the main entrance door to our onsite building, a check or money order for $15/$20. Once we receive all your information, our Recreation Attendant Graylin Gadson will call you to schedule an appointment to place a barcode label on your vehicle.

For Vehicle barcodes you will also need to drop off in our Drop Off Box by the main entrance door to our onsite building, a check or money order for $15/$20. New renters
You may send to us via email a copy of your Lease Agreement and Association approval letter if applicable, vehicle registration and driver’s license. For Vehicle barcodes you will also need to drop off in our Drop Off Box by the main entrance door to our onsite building, a check or money order for $15/$20. Once we receive all your information, our Recreation Attendant Graylin Gadson will call you to schedule an appointment to place barcode label on your vehicle. Association approval of renter(s) must be obtained prior to moving in.
