New fiber optic lines are being installed throughout the community
The Hotwire Fision crews have already been working in The Moors for the past couple of months and—if not already in your area—you will be seeing them very soon! Their installation team needs access to our back yards in order to run their new fiber optic lines. All employees will be identified by their Fision uniform and Hotwire ID badge.
Report any damage to existing infrastructure
As careful as they are, if any damages happen to occur to the sprinkler lines, Comcast coax cables, etc., caused by the Hotwire Fision crews, they will resolve the issue ASAP, but you need to let them know. We all know that Comcast typically runs their cables on top of or just barely below the grass, so there have already been several cable cuts that could not be avoided. I also had it happen, but they repaired it in about 40 minutes. Hotwire has been burying their wiring per county code, well under the surface, throughout The Moors.
Meet The Moors’ Hotwire Fision team
Hotwire’s dedicated launch team will be onsite at at the Club Center administration building to answer your questions, guide you through the process, share features of the products, and and help set up future installation appointments.

Submit your contact information to connect with your dedicated team
It is critical that you scan their barcode (or visit The Moors X Hotwire website) and provide your basic contact information so they can bring the fiber wiring to your home! First, it will just be outside, but as we get closer to our cut-over, they will make arrangements with you and work with you to complete the inside install of their equipment—including Wi-Fi and TV services.
The initial install will be at no cost to you. However, if they are unable to access your home—after 3 attempts— you may be charged for the installation of your new TV and Internet services. Therefore, your contact information is very important. They will not share this information with anyone.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of The Moors, we thank you for your continued support and we know that you will be very happy once this project is complete.
I will soon begin to discuss some of the many new features that we will enjoy with this new, modern system. Stay tuned to this space.
