To ensure a secure and enjoyable living experience for everyone at Lakeridge and Latitudes apartments at The Moors, it’s essential to be aware of the following rules regarding vehicle barcodes, guests, and parking.
Vehicle barcode rules
- One barcode per lease holder: Each lease holder is entitled to one barcode. If your name is not on the lease, unfortunately, you cannot obtain a barcode.
- No guest barcodes: Regrettably, we do not issue guest barcodes. The barcodes are strictly for registered residents.
- Registration with the management office: All residents must register with The Moors management office to obtain a barcode for their vehicles, enabling gate access. Please be aware that each barcode costs $20, and we’re not responsible for stolen barcodes.
- Vehicle registration requirements: Vehicle registration must be in the name of the lease holder only. It must be current, and the validation sticker must be visibly displayed.
- No vehicle storage: Storage of vehicles, including motorcycles, is not permitted. In the case of recreational motorcycles, approval from management is required, and they must be driven regularly.
- Guest parking authorization: Lease holders can request written authorization for their guests to park for a maximum of 14 days. Additional rules may apply, so please contact the management for further details.
