The Moors security service vendor is being changed to South Florida Security Services, Inc. You will see new faces at the gate and in the Rover vehicles. New vehicles are also going to be provided by the new company. The existing rules are not changing, however you should see more consistency with the enforcement of our rules. Please report any issues or suggestions to the onsite office.

Every resident should have his/her vehicle registered with the office and a barcode label placed on the vehicle. If your vehicle does not have a barcode label, security must screen you for access as if you were a guest. Anyone using the visitors gate must also show proper picture ID.
