Garbage collection
Effectively immediately
All residents must store their bins inside their fenced patio area once pick-up service has been completed. This means that on Tuesdays and Fridays by 7 pm all bins must be property stored inside your fenced patio area, not visible from the street. Please note that failure to do so may result in a $100 fine.
If you have difficulties in doing so, please inform the office and we will be happy to assist you further.

Bulky waste pickup
Bulk trash pickup is available free through Miami-Dade county solid waste by calling 311. Please let the onsite office know as soon as you have the pickup number.
Trash and recycling center
As a taxpayer you also have access to the neighborhood trash and recycling center free of charge.
