With the community-wide bulk contract, with fiber optics, Moors residents will receive the fastest Internet speeds available today for a fraction of the cost you are currently paying.
Every single home will receive an initial speed of 400 Mbps downloads and uploads as part of our new bulk TV, Internet, and phone contract with Hotwire/Fision. Residents can easily and affordably upgrade your services (i.e. even faster speeds if needed as well as premium TV channels) as you desire, anytime. From the start, all Moors residents can get up to 10 Gbps of Internet speed if preferred. For example, I’ve been paying AT&T $80/month for my 1 Gbps speed. With our new Hotwire agreement, myself and other residents will pay only an additional $39.95 for 1 Gbps, if you even need it.

Benefits of fiber optics
- Fiber optics send information, including internet, using beams of light, so data can be sent faster leading to virtually zero signal loss.
- Fiber is scalable, meaning your internet can be adjusted instantly, and remotely.
- Following a one-time installation, fiber requires no additional construction or physical upgrades.
- Fiber is built to last, with a lifespan of more than 100 years.
- Fiber is far more resistant to temperature fluctuations, and severe weather conditions because it resides underground.
- Fiber optics are one of the most secure modes of data transfer.

What is Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) technology?
By directly installing fiber optics to every home here in The Moors, Hotwire Communications Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) technology ensures that connection will never be affected by peak usage times or how many residents are using the internet at any given time.
- Fiber to the home (FTTH) technology is a type of broadband internet service that uses fiber optic cables to transmit data from the service provider directly to all of our Moors homes, replacing traditional copper wires used in DSL or old, 35+ year embedded coax cable internet services.
- FTTH provides much faster internet speeds and more reliable connections than traditional internet services.
- This technology can support high-bandwidth applications, such as online gaming, video streaming, and video conferencing, with little or no buffering or lag.
- Especially if you work from home and/or have several people wanting to stream different videos at the same time, you will notice a remarkable advantage with our new and greatly improved service.
