It’s been a while since The Moors made the switch from the printed newsletter to an all-digital format, also turning the Moors website into a valuable tool for up-to-date information for all residents.
The switch to all-digital
The shift to an all-digital approach became necessary as we discovered that the majority of printed newsletters often ended up unopened in the recycle bin, much like most junk mail. The requirement for a faster, more reliable communication method also motivated this change. Additionally, a printed newsletter was time-consuming, expensive, and contributed to waste. Maintaining an up-to-date website and a digital newsletter costs only a fraction of mailing a printed version.
Regular updates for informed residents with our digital newsletter
Just as before the transition to a digital newsletter, the Moors website undergoes a major update every other month. Subsequently, an email highlighting essential information and upcoming events is sent to all subscribed residents. Occasionally, residents still receive printed flyers, postcards, or emails when necessary.
Timely community updates and insights for residents
The Moors website offers a wealth of valuable information for residents to stay informed about community happenings. It serves as a crucial means for the Board President and Property Manager to communicate and keep residents informed. Moreover, it acts as a vital tool for advising on upcoming events, board meetings, security, rules, amenities, etc. The Moors website also includes relevant articles related to our community, holidays, and helpful advice.
