Covid-19 update
We continue to deal with a worldwide pandemic and the greatest economic crisis since the Great Depression.
Out of concern for the welfare of our residents, staff, family and community, implemented a CLOSED FOR WALK-INS working environment for the onsite office. We also continue to have closed some Club Center facilities and common use amenities for all purposes until further notice from County officials.
We made these decisions with a lot of thought, and we feel that it is the appropriate action at this time. Though it may present challenges in our day to day workflow, we are confident that we have implemented the necessary measures to ensure that we avoid being further exposed to the virus.
The Moors Master Association has temporarily suspended the late fees and collection policy for March, April and May. The monthly maintenance fee is not waived or deferred.
There will be no change in telephone communication, as all calls will be routed as usual. All emails can continue to be sent to the onsite office address. At this time, Board meetings will be held via telephone, webcam, or webinar. We look forward to your engagement in this effort.
As a result of the escalating Covid-19 virus concerns and the financial impact it may have caused to our owners, The Moors Master Association has temporarily suspended the late fees and collection policy for March, April and May. The monthly maintenance fee is not waived or deferred.

We will continue to monitor the situation and watch any local updates throughout this month and in July to provide additional developments as we deem appropriate. The re-opening process should begin soon. In the meantime, we wish you resilience and good health. Please feel free to contact us via email or telephone calls with any questions or concerns.
Stay well. Working together we will get past this.
