The Townvillas Association continues with the painting of the townhouses. Please make any necessary stucco or wood repairs before the painters are in your area. Any replacement work on fences, wood trim, fascia repairs, rain gutters, etc., should be completed before the painters get to your area. All roofs will be pressure cleaned; however, we will not be responsible for broken tiles or leaks. The paint colors will remain the same.
