Proper Trash Disposal
[heading size=”20″ align=”left” margin=”10″ color=”#8C001A”]It has called our attention that bulky trash continues to be left out on common areas, improperly disposed in a manner that will not be picked up by the regular waste management services. This article is to remind you that garbage is only picked up when left inside the bins and according to the weekly schedule (Tuesdays & Fridays), or when a Bulky Waste Pickup service has been scheduled by calling 311.[/heading]
If items left improperly by the curbside belong to you, we kindly ask you to bring them back inside your house until proper arrangements have been made for their disposal.
Avoid Fines or Fee Increases
Please help us avoid the need of contracting additional cleaning services, which may result in an increase of the regular maintenance fee or additional assessments. Also, as everyone is aware, owners will be fined $100 if you leave the garbage bin out by the curb on non-collection days.

Two Ways of Properly Dispose of Trash
Trash Collection
Bi-weekly for trash (green bin), Tue & Friday
Every other week for recyclables (blue bin), Tue
Bulky Waste Pickup
Call 311 to schedule a one-day pickup and obtain a number to provide to the administration office. Each house is entitled to two (2) free bulky pickups each year. Bulky waste acceptable items are: furniture, appliances, cabinets, mattresses, construction and demolition materials, electronic equipment.
