2026 budgets are available online
The approved 2026 maintenance fee schedule for The Moors Associations budgets are now available online. Residents can view the full budgets directly on the page for their specific sub-association. You should have received information on your Sub-Association fees separately. The Master fee includes the cost for bulk TV and Internet services with Hotwire-Fision.
Owners will receive a statement letter advising them of their 2026 monthly maintenance fee.
Please remember to include your account number and/or property address to ensure your payment is posted correctly.
Coupon books
Coupon books will not be issued this year as part of our effort to reduce unnecessary expenses. If you still feel you need a coupon book, you may request one directly from our onsite office for an additional fee.
Autopay updates
Please make sure to update your autopay settings according to the 2026 maintenance fees.
