To our concerned neighbors:
It has come to our attention that there is a new development proposed in the area of Palm Springs North. More specifically, at the location of Tony’s Restaurant on the southeast side of the intersection of NW 78th Ave and 170th St. There is an application to build a FIVE-STORY building with a total of 108 APARTMENTS. PROJECT #A202000046.
This, without a doubt, will have a NEGATIVE IMPACT on the quality of life, not only for PSN but also for the adjacent communities. The most immediate concerns include AUTOMOTIVE TRAFFIC, SCHOOL POPULATION, PARKING, being OUT OF CHARACTER with the immediate PSN communities, and a long list of other issues.
We should all OPPOSE AND RAISE OUR VOICES. There will be more information as we inform and mobilize more people.
