Avana and Lakeridge Apartment Homes are two rental properties located within The Moors and are independently managed.
Visitors
All visitors are screened at our north gate entrance. Now, they can also take advantage of our SmartPlus gate access system.

Our community is dedicated to fostering these ideals across all our Moors Sub-Associations and Apartments. We exist to serve you and to be a resource for you, your family, and our neighbors.
The Board remains committed to working hard on initiatives that enhance the quality of life for all residents, ensuring The Moors continues to thrive. We look forward to growing together as a strong, connected community.

Make a difference!
Become a volunteer
Your Association Board of Directors is committed to maintaining the highest levels of quality in our community. It is important for owners to get involved. With that being said, we currently have positions open on the Grievance Committees. Your help only requires one hour a month to attend our monthly meetings.
With your participation and help we hope to undertake new projects this year in an effort to continue to better the community. Any owners, in good standing, interested in joining the Grievance Committee can attend the next meeting or send us written notice to our onsite office or via email.
