Hurricane Damage
The Master Association still has work to do with regards to hurricane damage. The perimeter wall on Mediterranean Blvd. will be repaired soon. Some tree removal is still pending. Please be patient as we continue to finish the repair work.

Club Center Gym
Just in time for your new year’s resolution, gym equipment has been ordered. We know a lot of residents have been asking about new gym equipment. We will have two new treadmills, two new upright bikes and a new recumbent bike. Our monthly gym equipment maintenance will continue as scheduled.
