The proposed 2027 maintenance fee schedule for The Moors associations is available for download below. You should receive separate information regarding your sub-association maintenance fees. The Master Association fee includes the cost of bulk TV and internet services provided by Hotwire-Fision.

Owners will receive a statement indicating their monthly maintenance fee for 2027. When making payments, please always include your account number and/or property address to ensure your payment is properly credited.
