Major Enrique “Rick” Damaso of the Miami-Dade Police Department’s Northwest District cordially invites you to attend our Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) meetings.
The overall objectives of the CAC meetings are to identify, evaluate, and respond to the needs of both the community and Miami-Dade Police Department by establishing and maintaining effective avenues of communication with the citizens of Miami-Dade County. Citizen participation and interaction with the police are fundamental to achieving effective law enforcement.
