Dear Moors Homeowners,
The roof replacement of The Moors Club Center buildings will begin in mid-April, led by T&E Roofing. This project is a necessary step to maintain the integrity of our community’s facilities.
Operating hours will remain unaffected during the renovation. However, please be aware of potential inconveniences such as limited parking due to machinery and building materials, as well as the presence of dust, falling debris (including nails and broken tile pieces) in the area. We advise caution when accessing the Club center during this time.
Immediately after the roof replacement is finalized, solar panel installation will begin.
