Dear Moors homeowners,

We would like to share with you the approved 2024 maintenance fees schedule for all of The Moors homeowners associations. Kindly note that you should have received budget information on the sub-association’s fees separately.

The primary reason for the Master increase lies in our recent bulk TV & Internet service agreement with Hotwire-Fision and the increase in insurance premiums. As part of our effort to be cost-effective, we will not be mailing out coupon books to homeowners enrolled in autopayment through Clickpay or eCheck. Instead, they will receive a statement letter outlining the monthly maintenance fee for 2024. To ensure accurate payment posting, please always include your account number and/or property address.

We encourage you to update your autopay settings according to the 2024 maintenance fees. If you still prefer a physical coupon book, you may request one directly from the FirstService Residential customer service center at 1-866-378-1099.

For homeowners who send payments via regular mail, rest assured that you will receive a coupon book.
